Job summary

SunExpress in Antalya, Türkiye, seeks an experienced Compliance Auditor to join our aviation regulatory team. You will perform audits, implement international regulations into our processes, and help maintain airworthiness standards.

The role requires an engineering background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel as needed to multiple locations, including international places.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree related to aircraft maintenance or airworthiness.
• Understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance principles.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and investigations.
• Knowledge of civil aviation regulations is an asset (Part-145, Part-147, Part-M, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; decisive and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal and external audits/inspections and monitor corrective actions.

• Record and file CM documents and handle related correspondence (e.g., EASA, DGCA).

Job Description

• To perform internal and external audits/inspections and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions as an authorized auditor
• Evaluation and adoption of national and international regulations into company processes
• Preparation and review of company manuals and procedures to meet applicable requirements
• Support for recording, filing, and if applicable, distribution of the incoming/outgoing CM documents as well as making the general correspondence (e.g.; EASA, DGCA, etc.)
• Support for examination of the Certifying Staff authorization records
• Support the Compliance Monitoring Management System

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionics, industrial, or other studies that are relevant to the maintenance and/or continuing airworthiness of aircraft/aircraft components
• Good potential and strong ability to understand aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and engineering principles
• Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and investigations, and proficiency in report writing
• Having at least 2 years' experience in civil aviation in terms of Maintenance, CAMO, Design, Production, and/or Maintenance Training Organizations
• Familiarization with related regulations is an asset (Part-145, Part-147, Part-M, Part-21G Part-21J etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; decisive and result-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using compliance management tools/software, and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Good knowledge of English and Turkish
• Willingness to travel as required, sometimes on short notice, to various locations, including international place
