Job summary

UNFPA Türkiye is seeking a Communications Assistant to support the Women-Friendly Cities Programme in Türkiye, focusing on graphic design, photography, video production, digital content, social media, website management, and documentation of activities to boost visibility.

Working with the WFC Programme Team and UNFPA Communications Team, you will ensure branding compliance with EU and UNFPA standards, create compelling materials, and help share results with municipalities and partners.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant communications experience.
Proficient in graphic design, video editing, photography and social media content creation.
Familiarity with gender equality, women's empowerment, and EU/UN branding standards is an asset.

Responsibilities

Develop and produce high-quality communication materials (print, digital, audiovisual).
Manage WFC website and online content; create social media content.
Support communication campaigns, document best practices and human impact stories.
Assist with event organization and field missions for content collection.
Monitor media coverage, prepare reports, maintain archives, ensure branding adherence.
