Job summary

Gini Talent is partnering with an international coffee company to recruit a Field Sales Representative for Türkiye, with focus on Istanbul and HoReCa channels. You will identify new B2B customers, present coffee products, and actively grow the company’s customer network across Türkiye.

The role suits a field-based salesperson with coffee-industry experience, strong relationship skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Experience in B2B field sales or HoReCa sales.
Strong network within coffee/HoReCa sector is a plus.
Proven ability to acquire new customers and grow accounts.
Good command of English for internal communication.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new B2B customers across Istanbul and Türkiye.
Develop relationships with coffee shops, roasteries, distributors, restaurants, hotels, and other HoReCa businesses.
Conduct regular field visits and actively develop new commercial opportunities.
Present coffee products and solutions to prospective customers.
Organize and participate in coffee tastings, product demonstrations, and industry events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Monitor market developments and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Contribute to sales growth and expansion of the company's customer portfolio in Türkiye.
