Job summary

GlassHouse Türkiye is seeking a Software Architect to design and oversee scalable cloud-based systems. You will collaborate with product and project managers to align requirements with architectural standards and drive improvements across the stack.

The role requires strong backend expertise, experience with microservices and RESTful APIs, and solid English communication. You will work in a fast-paced environment, participating in installation, configuration, and ongoing system updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Software Architect.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong proficiency in at least two backend technologies such as Php, Python, C#, Java.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Frontend development knowledge is a plus.
• Must have worked in information technology applications (SharePoint, Azure DevOps, SIEM, Monitoring, etc.).
• Have knowledge of Open-Source platforms and be able to follow current projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Developing solutions for the integration and automation of systems running in our cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the product manager and project manager to understand requirements and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to improve system functionality and performance.
• Follow industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices.
• Carrying out processes such as installation, configuration, integration and updating of systems.
• Identifying problems occurring in software and finding solutions to possible errors.
• Writing and developing programs and scripts needed by the system management team.
