Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is looking for a Cloud Delivery Engineer to join our global telecommunications partner. The role focuses on providing technical support for cloud and cloud stack services across private and hybrid environments.

You will work with Huawei Cloud Stack, AWS, Azure, and OpenStack, ensuring secure, scalable cloud solutions while enabling customers and teams globally. On-site travel to different countries may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud deployment and migration between vendors.
• Experience with Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, and HCS environments.
• Basic knowledge of cloud concepts including Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with server, storage and network components in on-prem IT.
• Familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS architectures.
• Experience with network, security and storage solutions.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows OS, with multiple Linux distros.
• Experience in scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of DevOps principles including CI/CD.
• Good English written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with global HQ and stakeholders.

Job Description

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to global customers using Cloud and Cloud Stack (HCS) services.

Your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of private and hybrid cloud environments, including compute, storage, and network components.

You will work closely with both customers and internal Cloud teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.

This position offers an opportunity to work on rapidly growing Cloud platforms while developing expertise in cloud operations, virtualization.

Through this role, you will gain in-depth knowledge of Cloud Stack, widely used across the globe.

This role requires on-site project support in different countries. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud and infrastructure services, with a strategic mindset and the ability to work across multiple platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with private cloud or AWS or Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) environments
• Candidate must have migration project experience Cloud to Cloud (Huawei Cloud, AWS, GCP, Azure) or on-prem to Cloud
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues to enhance product reliability
• Collaborate closely with engineering and reliability teams to diagnose and solve cloud-related problems
• Work with the technical support team to handle escalations and ensure timely incident resolution
• Summarize and create technical documentation, experience sharing, demos, and reference cases related to cloud services
• Conduct enablement training for customers, helping them adopt and utilize Huawei Cloud and HCS services efficiently
• Maintain effective communication with global HQ teams and other stakeholders
• Participate in on-call rotations, responding to incidents and addressing issues promptly
• Provide technical consulting and support for Huawei Cloud Stack and Public Cloud

Requirements Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with cloud deployment and migration between different vendors
• Experience with Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, and HCS environments
• Basic knowledge of general cloud concepts, including HUAWEI Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with server, storage, and network components in on-prem IT infrastructure environments
• Familiarity with different architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Experience with network , security and storage solutions.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems, including experience with different Linux distros
• Experience in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems
• Understanding of DevOps principles, including CI/CD processes
• Good command of written and spoken English

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with Huawei Cloud Stack or similar enterprise private cloud platforms
• Experience in OpenStack deployment and administration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
