Qualifikationen

• Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Ohio.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a complex and changing working environment.

Aufgaben

• Enter medication orders accurately in the computer system.
• Provide drug and toxicology information to customers.
• Calculate caloric and electrolyte ingredients for TPN.
• Monitor drug therapy for potential interactions and adverse events.
• Adjust dosing for renal or hepatic impairment.
• Communicate with prescribers to clarify orders and reduce delays.
• Maintain inventory and assist in procurement of pharmaceuticals.
