Wingie Enuygun Group is seeking a CEO Office Specialist to lead strategic initiatives and drive AI-enabled insights for executive decision-making. The role combines hands-on execution with high-level analysis, reporting to senior leadership in a fast-growing startup environment.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, shape company-wide projects, and mentor junior members while leveraging AI tools to accelerate performance and decision support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a high-growth startup (preferred), product management, strategy, business development, management consulting, or CEO/executive office function.
• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with bias toward action.
• Advanced written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of company-wide strategic initiatives from objectives to measurable outcomes.
• Analyze market, competitive, and internal performance data to generate strategic insights for the CEO’s decisions.
• Manage projects end-to-end to support growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Design scalable, AI-augmented improvement models for business processes.
• Bridge senior leadership and operational teams to ensure cross-departmental strategic alignment.
• Prepare strategic presentations and materials for board and executive meetings.
• Explore and champion AI agents and automation to accelerate analysis and reporting workflows.
• Mentor junior team members to build the CEO Office’s strategic capacity.

We are looking for a CEO Office Specialist for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing CEO Office department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

What Will You Do?

• Own the end-to-end execution of company-wide strategic initiatives, designing the path from objectives to measurable outcomes
• Analyze market, competitive, and internal performance data — leveraging AI-powered tools and agents — to generate strategic insights that inform the CEO's decision making
• Manage projects end-to-end in support of the company's growth, efficiency, and operational excellence goals
• Critically evaluate business processes and design and implement scalable, AI-augmented improvement models
• Position the CEO Office as the central hub for cross-departmental strategic alignment, bridging senior leadership and operational teams
• Prepare strategic presentations and decision-support materials for board and executive-level meetings
• Explore and champion the use of AI agents and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting, and decision-support workflows across the CEO Office
• Help build the CEO Office's strategic capacity by guiding and mentoring junior team members

What Makes You Special?

• 3-5 years of experience in a high-growth startup (preferred), product management, strategy, business development, management consulting, or a CEO/executive office function
• An entrepreneurial spirit: you're hands‑on, close to execution, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves rather than just advising from a distance
• Proficiency in Claude Code & Cowork or Codex.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and develop data‑driven strategic solutions
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they can be applied to strategy, analysis, and decision‑making — hands‑on experience is a strong plus
• Bias toward action — you'd rather build a quick prototype or test an idea in the field than write a 20-page memo about it
• Comfortable setting priorities and driving results in ambiguous, multi‑stakeholder environments
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate persuasively at senior leadership level
• Advanced written and verbal English skills
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational discipline in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
