Job summary

ChenMed is seeking an Associate Center Operations Director (Float) to lead day-to-day center operations, including scheduling optimization, patient experience, and center culture across the market. The role entails direct supervision of staff and accountability for meeting the needs of centers, physicians, care teams, patients and visitors.

The successful candidate will drive workforce planning, onboarding, and teammate retention while implementing best practices to improve access and continuity

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Biological Science, or closely related, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or similar setting
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or similarly regulated environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations including scheduling and patient experience
• Drive center performance, staff onboarding, and engagement
• Monitor disenrollment and manage orphan patients to ensure continuity of care
• Develop workforce planning to meet patient needs and operational demands
• Foster center culture and staff morale; reduce turnover
• Travel to centers within the market as needed
