Qualifications

• Perakende/MCG veya Gıda sektörlerinde en az 3 yıl satın alma tecrübesi
• İlgili olmayan kategorilerin yönetimi konusunda deneyim avantajdır
• Güçlü analitik ve paydaş yönetimi becerileri
• İleri seviye İngilizce yazılı ve sözlü yetkinlikleri

Responsibilities

• Pazar verilerini, iç verileri ve müşteri ihtiyaçlarını analiz etmek
• Kategori stratejisi geliştirmek
• Tedarik süreçlerini yönetmek (sözleşme, sipariş ve tedarik süreçleri) uçtan uca
• Kategoride ürün yelpazesinin oluşumunu, fiyatlandırmayı ve kârlılığı yönetmek
• Rakip ve piyasa trendlerini izleyerek satışları artıracak kampanya ve promosyonları planlamak
• İç paydaşlarla ve fonksiyonlar arası ekiplerle hedeflere ulaşmak için işbirliği yapmak

Job Description

• Analyzing market data, internal data and customer needs for his/her Category,
• Developing Category strategy,
• Managing CM-related processes in line with the needs and strategies of Category Management,
• Managing non-food categories and developing category strategies in line with market trends and customer needs,
• Determining the most suitable suppliers within the scope of the determined product range, and managing contract, order and supply processes end-to-end,
• Managing procurement processes in order to achieve annual procurement goals,
• Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with suppliers,
• Being responsible for Assortment Building, Pricing and Profitability of his/her Category,
• Planning and implementing campaigns and promotions to increase sales based on market analysis,
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure category and procurement objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• At least 3 years of purchasing experience in Retail, Merchandising, FMCG or Food sectors,
• Experience in non-food category management is a strong plus,
• High persuasion and negotiation skills,
• Ability to think fast and make quick decisions,
• Advanced level of MS Office skills,
• Good command of English, both written and spoken,
• Experience in sourcing products from suppliers at the expected quality level, on time and at reasonable prices,
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
