Job summary

Thornton Tomasetti in Istanbul seeks a Sales and Therapy Specialist for Cardio to drive adoption of cardiac occluders, promote ICE imaging, and grow market share within assigned accounts.

You will collaborate with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists and hospital stakeholders, delivering product, therapy and imaging education while maintaining CRM data and ensuring compliance. The role requires strong commercial and clinical capabilities in a Turkish healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• University degree in scientific/biomedical/healthcare/engineering or technical field.
• Significant experience in the medical device industry.
• Proven experience with Interventional Cardiology procedures and working with Interventional Cardiologists.
• Experience with Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) a plus.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation and account management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned accounts independently and achieve sales objectives; grow procedural volumes and market share.
• Provide technical support during Cardiac Occluders procedures and imaging education to physicians and cath lab teams.
• Maintain CRM/SFDC data and sales forecasts; ensure compliance with quality and ethics standards.
