Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Gebze Plant seeks a Project Leader to drive CapEx projects, optimize plant utilities, and advance technical infrastructure. You will report toEngineering Manager and work with Operations, EOHS, Quality, and global Colgate experts across sites.

Lead lifecycle from concept feasibility to commissioning, coordinating with global teams on energy efficiency and automation initiatives under the Gebze 2030 strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• +5 years of proven engineering experience in project management, manufacturing, or technical operations.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong exposure to plant utility systems and CapEx budget management.
• Lean/WCM/TPM principles experience (5S, Kaizen, SMED, PFMEA).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of CapEx/CEB projects from feasibility to commissioning.
• Oversee plant utility infrastructure (steam, HVAC, compressed air, water treatment).
• Apply Lean/WCM methodologies to eliminate manufacturing losses and NVAA.
• Collaborate with Maintenance for preventive/predictive maintenance and FP&R.
• Drive ISO 50001 energy management, digital transformation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
