Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure efficient plant operations, manage the maintenance and repair agenda, and drive energy efficiency initiatives. You will research new technologies, plan budgets and coordinate with departments to meet targets.

The role requires mechanical/electrical engineering background, strong English, and proven experience in budgeting, project management and contractor oversight. This is an on-site position in Turkey.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical engineering background and relevant experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and capital projects.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Technical System Functions in plant.
• Plan maintenance, repair and investment needs with departments.
• Manage plant maintenance budget and resources.
• Coordinate Plant Recon System and its development.
• Prepare energy and CAPEX reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, FSSC, AIB and related standards.
• Provide health and safety training to contractors.
• Oversee contractor management and fixed asset inventories.
