Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive seeks a Project Leader for the Gebze Plant to lead CapEx projects, optimize plant utilities, and drive technical infrastructure improvements. You will partner with Operations, EOHS, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure project delivery from concept to commissioning.

Role requires strong project management, Lean/WCM/TPM knowledge, and hands-on experience with automation, PM software, and energy management systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
+5 years of proven engineering/project management experience in FMCG/CPG or automated industrial environments.
Excellent written and spoken English with ability to communicate across time zones.
Strong exposure to plant utilities (steam, HVAC, water treatment), automated processing/packaging equipment, and CapEx budgeting.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end CapEx project execution (feasibility, ROI, SOW, RFP, vendor negotiations).
Oversee plant utilities, HVAC, steam, compressed air, water treatment and power distribution.
Apply Lean/WCM/TPM principles to eliminate losses and NVAA across lines.
Collaborate with Maintenance to establish preventive and predictive maintenance routines.
Lead line optimization, SMED, and automation projects including AMR/AGV and packaging lines.
Support ISO 50001 energy management and sustainability initiatives.
Coordinate with Global Engineering, R&D, and QA for tech transfers and line trials.
Ensure compliance with EOHS, machine safety and Colgate Quality Standards.
