Job summary
Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Project Leader to drive CapEx projects and optimize Gebze Plant utilities. You will lead capital investments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure energy efficiency targets under ISO 50001, while advancing automation and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing facilities.
You will report to the Engineering Manager and work with Operations, EOHS, Quality and global Colgate experts to deliver robust, scalable solutions within
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and +5 years in PM/manufacturing or technical operations.
- Excellent command of English in a global environment.
- Strong knowledge of plant utility systems (steam, HVAC, water treatment) and CapEx budget management.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CapEx project execution including feasibility, ROI, SOW, RFP, vendor negotiations, installation, commissioning and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Oversee plant utility infrastructure and ensure safe, continuous operation of HVAC, steam, compressed air, water treatment, and power systems.
- Apply Lean/WCM/TPM methods to eliminate waste and NVAA across production lines.
- Collaborate with Maintenance to set preventive/predictive maintenance and optimize spare parts inventory.
