Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) required.
• Preferably 2+ years in business development or technical sales.
• Completed military service or exempt (male candidates).
• Valid Class B driver's license and active driving experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to identify market opportunities and growth.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer-centric approach.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa.
• No travel restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Formulate growth strategies and set actionable BD targets.
• Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to deliver CAE and test-based solutions.
• Conduct market research to monitor competitive landscapes and sector needs.
• Manage strategic sales pipelines, negotiate contracts, and present progress reports.
