Job summary

Centurion İlaç is seeking a proactive Business Excellence Specialist to support commercial excellence initiatives and drive business performance through data, BI and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will analyze sales, market insights, and product performance, developing dashboards and reports while collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, statistics, economics, mathematics, pharmacy or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations or Sales Force Effectiveness in pharma preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with IQVIA data, CRM platforms and commercial analytics.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; BI tools like Power BI/Tableau are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, market share, growth, product performance and KPIs.
• Develop executive dashboards consolidating data from IQVIA, CRM, SAP and other systems.
• Perform territory, customer segmentation and performance analyses.
• Assist in target setting and territory allocation processes.
• Administer incentive schemes including calculation, validation and reporting.
• Conduct Sales Force Effectiveness analyses including territory alignment and call planning.
• Monitor CRM adoption and data quality, support user capability development.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and management reporting solutions.
• Support new product launches with commercial analytics insights.
• Provide competitive intelligence and market insights for strategic decisions.
• Participate in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Standardize reporting processes and ensure data integrity across functions.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Pharmacy or a related discipline.


• 3–5 years of experience in Business Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations or Sales Force Effectiveness within the pharmaceutical industry preferred.


• Hands‑on experience with IQVIA data, CRM platforms and commercial analytics.


• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.


• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools is an advantage.


• Knowledge of SAP Sales modules or equivalent enterprise systems is preferred.


• Fluent written and spoken English.


• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and presentation skills.
