The Business Development & Customer Relations Manager is a sales-focused position responsible for growing the number of Hilton hotels using the Revenue Management Consolidated Centre Europe (RMCC) revenue management service. The focus of this role will be to identify hotels that are not using RMCC Europe, contact decision-makers, present the benefits of the service and convert them into customers. Success depends on proactive sales, business development and building strong relationships with hotel teams, commercial leaders and owners. The role is also responsible for keeping existing hotels engaged with RMCC Europe, strengthening relationships and supporting customer retention.
Position Summary

The focus of this role will be to identify hotels that are not using RMCC Europe, contact decision-makers, present the benefits of the service and convert them into customers. Success depends on proactive sales, business development and building strong relationships with hotel teams, commercial leaders and owners. The role is also responsible for keeping existing hotels engaged with RMCC Europe, strengthening relationships and supporting customer retention.
Responsibilities
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Develop and execute proactive business development and sales strategies to achieve and exceed RMCC service adoption growth.
- Actively prospect and qualify hotel opportunities through direct outreach, stakeholder referrals, ownership engagement and strategic networking.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities across existing Hilton hotels, new openings, conversions, acquisitions and management transitions.
- Build, manage, and continuously develop a strong and active sales pipeline of prospective hotels, management companies and ownership groups
- Conduct discovery meetings, sales presentations, partnership discussions with key decision-makers, ownership groups and stakeholders.
- Proactively engage with hotels considering withdrawal from RMCC services, identifying retention opportunities, mitigating risks and presenting alternative solutions to maintain participation.
- Represent RMCC Europe at partnership meetings, owner events, conferences and internal stakeholder forums.
- Lead the end-to-end process from identifying opportunity through proposal development, stakeholder alignment, contracting and onboarding.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
- Partner closely with regional stakeholders, Commercial Directors, General Managers, Owners, Asset Managers, Development teams, Feasibility teams and Commercial Services leaders.
- Collaborate with regional Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams
- Collaborate with RMCC Directors and Senior Revenue Leaders to align growth strategies with operational capacity and commercial objectives.
- Work alongside hotel leadership teams to understand their challenges and identify opportunities where RMCC services can add value.
- Support internal teams by providing customer feedback, insights and commercial intelligence.
- Act as a key relationship manager between RMCC Europe and its stakeholders, ensuring trust, transparency and long-term engagement.
- Ensure all stakeholder interactions and discussions are conducted with the highest level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
What Deliverables You Will Take Ownership Of
- Own and deliver RMCC service sign-up targets through the conversion of pipeline opportunities into confirmed RMCC participation agreements
- Develop, maintain, and communicate KPIs to monitor pipeline, conversion performance, customer retention and overall growth targets.
- Develop targeted plans for strategic ownership groups and high-potential hotels to drive conversion and growth of RMCC service adoption.
- Enforce policies, procedures, and governance standards that improve the overall effectiveness, consistency and operational efficiency of the RMCC centre
How You Will Make An Impact
The Business Development & Customer Relations Manager is responsible for proactively identifying and converting new hotel opportunities for RMCC Europe, building a strong and sustainable pipeline, and securing hotel participation for RMCC Europe’s services. The role also focuses on developing long-term stakeholder relationships to support sustained growth, while managing and strengthening relationships with existing hotels, owners and management companies to drive retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, customer success, or commercial leadership within hospitality.
- Demonstrated success in proactively generating leads and managing pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, negotiate commercial agreements and close business opportunities.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop compelling business cases.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills.
- Excellent project management, organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior leaders, owners and hotel stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently to achieve ambitious targets.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities, maintaining strong organization, flexibility and attention to detail in a target-driven environment.
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality when handling commercially sensitive, financial, ownership and organizational information.
- Right to work in Türkiye.
- Fluency in English and Turkish.
It would be useful if you have
- Experience within Revenue Management, Commercial Services, Sales, Distribution, or Hotel Operations.
- Working knowledge of Hilton systems including GRO (RMS), OnQ R&I (CRS), and Delphi (C&E)
- Previous Hilton or major hospitality brand experience.
