Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Lobby Host dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming first impression for guests in our Marmara region property. You will be visible in the lobby, assist with directions, provide information on facilities and local attractions, and coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Lobby Host, Concierge, or similar hospitality roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Positive, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proactive approach with good attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and guest handling skills.
• Professional appearance and behavior in line with Hilton standards.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations and guest services preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with Guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Provide personalized assistance and accurate information about hotel facilities, services, outlets, events, and local attractions
• Anticipate Guest needs and proactively provide assistance throughout their stay
• Support VIP arrivals, special guests, and returning Guests in coordination with the Front Office team
• Escort VIP Guests to their accommodations when required
• Assist Guests with directions, requests, and general inquiries
• Maintain awareness of daily hotel operations, VIP movements, and special events
• Manage Guest flow and waiting lines in the lobby during busy periods
• Maintain the cleanliness, neatness, and presentation of the lobby in line with Hilton standards
• Handle Guest concerns promptly and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary
• Promote hotel outlets, dining experiences, and room categories where appropriate
• Use Front Office-related systems and equipment effectively
• Collaborate with Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless Guest experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by Front Office Management
