Job summary

The ideal candidate will own brand communications, work cross‑functionally with sales and HQ, and help localize global materials for the Turkish market while staying hands‑on and proactive in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of brand communications or marketing experience preferred.
• Experience with social media management and product launches is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support brand communication and marketing strategies aligned with objectives.
• Manage and optimize social media channels, content planning, publishing, engagement, and measurement.
• Execute brand communication activities including product launches, campaigns, media coordination, and events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights for strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, HQ, and agencies to ensure consistent branding across channels.
• Support online and offline marketing initiatives to raise brand visibility and engagement.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular insights and improvement recommendations.
• Assist localization of global marketing materials for the Turkish market.
• Assist influencer collaborations, media partnerships, and content creation initiatives.
