Job summary

CHANEL Türkiye invites a seasoned Client Marketing Manager to shape the client strategy across its boutiques in Türkiye. You will align with Europe Marketing and lead engagement, events and services to elevate the CHANEL client experience.

You will build data-driven solutions, monitor client satisfaction metrics, and drive gifting, loyalty programs, and data governance in stores while ensuring compliance with privacy guidelines. Fluency in Turkish and English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Fashion or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Client Marketing in Fashion luxury, with regional/global experience.
• Background in events management, marketing or communications.
• Defined strategic fashion marketing plans and managed marketing in multibrand environments.
• Collaborates closely with European marketing teams to align objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement strategy for Türkiye boutiques and monitor results with monthly dashboards.
• Implement in-store client services and CHANEL & Moi program in partnership with Operations and Learning teams.
• Drive events plan for boutiques and coordinate with partners to measure impact.
• Define budgets for client marketing activities and report ROI.
