Job summary

Greif in Dilovası, Turkey is seeking a Blow Moulding Engineer to join our production team. You will set up, operate, and optimize extrusion blow moulding lines, ensure product quality, and maintain production records.

You will troubleshoot processes and support material handling with HDPE while collaborating on mold validation and process improvements. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on blow moulding experience, a technical high school diploma, and a practical understanding of

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands‑on Blow Moulding experience.
Experience with mould changes, product changeovers and process parameter adjustments.
Experience with HDPE and other polymers used in blow moulding.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion blow moulding machines per production schedules and SOPs.
Perform start-ups/shutdowns, mould changes, and changeovers safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate production, quality, and downtime records.
Analyze process performance and adjust parameters to optimize cycle time and product quality.
Support validation activities, process development, and new mould qualifications.
