Responsibilities

• Preparing proposals and presentations for international clients.
• Managing project files from initial request to operation completion.
• Communicating with clients and suppliers in French and English.
• Requesting and comparing quotations from hotels and venues.
• Preparing budgets, cost calculations, and client quotations.
• Coordinating accommodation, transportation, activities, and events.
• Following deadlines, confirmations, payments, and operational details.
• Supporting group operations and events on-site when required.
• Working closely with sales and operations teams to ensure delivery.
