Job summary

TIENS Europe Region is seeking an Event & Translation Coordinator to bridge our Chinese and Turkish teams and help plan and run corporate events and meetings. The role blends interpretation/translation with growing event coordination and operational support in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

Requirements include native-level Chinese and Turkish, fluent English, and experience with conferences or large-scale events. Willingness to travel for onsite event support is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese and Turkish.
• Fluent English.
• Proven experience in Chinese–Turkish and/or Chinese–English interpretation/translation.
• Prior experience supporting conferences, meetings, corporate events, or large-scale activities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate interpretation and translation (Chinese–Turkish and/or Chinese–English) in spoken and written contexts.
• Support the planning and onsite execution of corporate events, meetings, and company activities.
• Facilitate communication between Chinese counterparts/partners and the local Turkish team.
• Coordinate meeting arrangements, schedules, and related logistics.
• Progressively support broader event coordination and operational tasks beyond translation.
