Job summary

YKK (Türkiye) A.Ş. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for our Hadımköy office to transform data into actionable insights across sales, pricing, and market trends.

The role involves analyzing performance of sales, customers, and opportunities, preparing dashboards and periodic reports for management, and supporting pricing analytics and cross-functional teams with data-driven decision-making. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of numerical data analysis experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with data interest.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, time management, coordination and planning.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, customer portfolios, market trends and opportunities for insights.
• Prepare and present periodic reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management.
• Maintain pricing data and price lists; update systems and support pricing analyses; monitor customer complaints.
• Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management for strategic projects.
• Support sales and marketing with data analysis, day-to-day operations, and reporting needs.
• Track customer feedback, complaints, and key business metrics; ensure visibility and follow-up.
• Follow industry trends and emerging technologies to support improvement.
• Coordinate and prioritize BI and digitalization projects aligned with objectives.
