Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Turkey is seeking an enthusiastic in-store makeup artist to blend creativity with technical skills and deliver a welcoming, personalised customer experience. You will educate customers, demonstrate looks, and support our prestige beauty standards during busy retail hours.

Join a high-performing team focused on in-store events, visual merchandising, and ongoing training. Certification is desirable but not required; amateur experience welcome.

Qualifications

• Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred, but amateurs are welcome.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Previous experience with retail POS software.
• Must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
