Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a skilled Aircraft Painter to join our aviation maintenance team. You will prepare and paint aircraft surfaces to meet high industry standards, ensuring durability and a professional finish.

You will perform surface preparation, primer and topcoat application, inspect finishes, follow blueprints, and maintain painting equipment. Safety and teamwork are essential as you contribute to on-time deliveries and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Painter or in related painting roles.
• Familiarity with aircraft painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specs.
• Proficient with spray guns and finishing tools.
• Commitment to safety with hazardous materials handling.
• Ability to work in teams and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft surfaces by cleaning, masking, and sanding.
• Apply primers, base coats, and topcoats per standards.
• Use spray equipment for even paint application.
• Follow blueprints to apply logos or lettering.
• Inspect finished surfaces for thickness and gloss.
• Repair and touch up paint as needed.
• Maintain painting equipment and tools.
• Comply with safety regulations and clean workspace.
• Record materials used and procedures followed.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to prepare aircraft for delivery.
• Ensure environmental regulations for chemicals are followed.
• Assist in painting schedules and timelines.
