Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a skilled B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to ensure safety, airworthiness, and readiness of aircraft. You will work with engineers and technicians on maintenance across structures, engines, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, routine and complex inspections, and accurate maintenance logs while collaborating with flight crews to return aircraft to service safely.

Qualifications

• Valid EASA Part 66 B1 License or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, engines, landing gear, airframes
• Minimum of 3 years in aircraft maintenance, repairs, or modifications
• Experience with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, drawings
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft in accordance with guidelines
• Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems including hydraulic and mechanical components
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections for safety and compliance
• Diagnose issues and decide on repairs or replacements
• Complete maintenance logs and reports documenting work
• Work with flight crews to ensure timely and safe return to service
• Ensure tools and facilities are properly calibrated
• Supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff
• Liaise with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits
• Stay updated on industry regulations and technology advancements
