Job summary

Ficosa Bursa is seeking a Plant Process Engineer to develop and improve production processes, focusing on productivity, quality and cost reduction while respecting standards. You will establish specifications for new processes and ensure implementation of Ficosa process standards.

You will analyze production problems, support continuous improvement, participate in projects, collaborate with product engineers on DFM/A, write work instructions and procedures, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronic, mechanical, automation, chemical or similar engineering.
• Fluent in English (writing, speaking & reading).
• Minimum of 3 years as a plant processes engineer in automotive industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in other similar position; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Establish specifications and technological requirements for new processes.
• Ensure implementation of Ficosa process standards; participate in projects meetings.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers applying DFM/A principles to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Write work instructions, process standards and technical documentation for production employees; support OHSE and Quality teams.
