Job summary

Honda Türkiye A.Ş. is seeking a senior software and IT project leader to drive digital transformation across the company and its dealer network. You will oversee the end-to-end software lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

This role requires a strong background in software development, SDLC, and solution design, with vendor and project management experience. Proficiency in English is essential; automotive domain exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development or IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, system architecture, software engineering principles, and solution design, data structures, algorithms.
• Experience in managing software vendors, external partners, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced level of written and spoken English.
• Experience in automotive, or dealer management environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development, digital transformation, and business process improvement initiatives across Honda Türkiye and its dealer network.
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Lead and supervise internal team members, external suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, and delivery quality.
• Drive process digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
