Job summary

Qualifications
- English language requirement; Turkish not specified.
- Engineering Bachelor degree and min 3 years quality experience.
- Experience with APQP/PPAP and quality tools; knowledge of industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive assembly process quality strategy and continuous improvement programs.
- Manage quality risk assessment, defect prevention, and process control activities across assembly operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and customer expectations.
