Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable Turkish university or from a foreign university with equivalency in Türkiye.
• Strong academic record.
• Solid legal knowledge.
• Having passed the Entrance Exam for Legal Professionals (HMGS) or eligible for exemption.
• Eagerness to gain experience in various fields of law.
• Excellent command of legal written and spoken English.
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and legal research tools.
• No restriction on travelling.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on various fields of law.
• Assist the team in drafting legal documents related to corporate, commercial, labor, contract, tax and fiscal law.
• Participate in client meetings and take meeting notes.
• Follow up on legal documents and processes before trade registry office, notary public, courts and tax offices.
• Provide assistance during the litigation process.
• Support the organization and archiving of legal documents and office files.
• Follow up new legislation and legal developments and report them to the team.
• Ensure compliance with the internal workplace policies and procedures.
• Providing support to the team on administrative matters.
