Qualifications

• ASE Certifications and state certifications required for service work.
• Training from manufacturers and valid driver license are needed.
• Experience performing repairs and diagnostics per dealership standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs repair work as outlined on the repair order in line with standards.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and completes repairs accordingly.
• Communicates with parts to obtain needed components.
• Saves and tags parts when under warranty or requested.
• Road tests vehicles or refers to the test technician as needed.
