Job summary

Kraft Heinz Turkey is seeking an Account Receivable Executive to lead AR operations, supervise one AR teammate, and ensure timely processing of invoices and collections. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to resolve disputes and improve cash flow.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Economics/Finance, 4–5 years in AR or Credit Control, strong Excel and SAP experience, and fluency in English. Based at the Istanbul Branch with potential for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of AR/Credit Control/Finance Operations experience.
• Experience leading or supervising team members preferred.
• Strong knowledge of collection processes, reconciliations, and credit management.
• Experience with customer payment methods (bank transfers, cards, direct debit, cheques).
• SAP experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent in English in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer transactions and collections.
• Supervise and support one AR team member, providing guidance and feedback.
• Monitor customer balances, reconcile accounts, and investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage cash application activities and timely allocation of incoming payments.
• Process and control customer collections across bank transfers, cards, cheques, and direct debits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to resolve account issues and disputes.
• Drive collection activities and reduce aging balances to improve cash flow.
• Monitor credit limits and support credit risk management processes.
• Prepare AR aging reports and collection forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation.
