Job summary

Haitian Group LTD is seeking a detail-oriented AR/AP Accountant to join our finance team in Turkey. You will record customer invoices, monitor AR/AP, prepare aging reports, and coordinate collections with sales customers, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 0-2 years of experience. Strong numerical accuracy and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Issue and record customer invoices based on contracts, orders, and delivery documents.
• Maintain and monitor AR records to ensure accurate transaction tracking.
• Prepare monthly AR aging reports for management review.
• Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate collections with sales teams and customers.
• Reconcile bank receipts and apply payments accurately to customer accounts.
• Handle advance payments, deposits, and partial payments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and perform regular account reconciliations.
• Manage AP recording, accounting, and monitoring.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Manage advance payments and ensure timely settlement.
• Track payment processing to ensure accuracy and security.
• Review and process employee reimbursement claims.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents, contracts, and invoices in compliance with audit and tax requirements.
• Support the improvement of AR/AP processes and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and risk controls.
• Perform other assigned duties, including reporting and data compilation.
