Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in product management, with experience owning AI-powered or technology products.
Analyze user and business needs to define product requirements and develop the product roadmap.
Own products end-to-end, from problem definition and development through launch and post-launch improvements.
Define how AI/ML and LLM-based solutions can be integrated and positioned within products.
Work closely with Engineering, Data, AI, and business teams to drive product development.
Monitor product performance through key metrics and continuously improve products based on data and insights.
Lead product prioritization, roadmap planning, and product discovery processes.
Align user needs, technical requirements, and business objectives around a shared product vision.
Experience launching AI-powered features and products for real users.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.
Experience with product experimentation, A/B testing, and product metrics.
