Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in product management, with experience owning AI-powered or technology products.
• Analyze user and business needs to define product requirements and develop the product roadmap.
• Own products end-to-end, from problem definition and development through launch and post-launch improvements.
• Define how AI/ML and LLM-based solutions can be integrated and positioned within products.
• Work closely with Engineering, Data, AI, and business teams to drive product development.
• Monitor product performance through key metrics and continuously improve products based on data and insights.
• Lead product prioritization, roadmap planning, and product discovery processes.
• Align user needs, technical requirements, and business objectives around a shared product vision.
• Experience launching AI-powered features and products for real users.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.
• Experience with product experimentation, A/B testing, and product metrics.
