Job summary

Fimple Delivery is seeking an Implementation Engineer in Istanbul to drive end-to-end core banking implementations. You will collaborate with clients to tailor the Fimple platform to banking products, configurations, and regulatory needs, and guide go-live activities with a focus on practical, AI-assisted outcomes.

You will analyze requirements, prepare test scenarios, document functional specs, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in banking, core banking implementation or related roles.
• Solid knowledge of banking processes: retail, deposits, lending, payments.
• Understanding of core banking products and end-to-end workflows.
• Experience with Agile delivery and Jira/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end core banking implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Run workshops with clients to map banking products and processes.
• Configure platform banking products and parameters (accounts, deposits, loans, payments, onboarding).
• Write functional documents, specs, and process flows.
• Support data migration and SIT/UAT with clients.
