Playops Studio in Turkey is seeking a hands-on AI-first Game Designer to shape hybrid-casual experiences from concept to playable prototype. You will work with a small multidisciplinary team to explore mechanics, refine loops, tune feel, and evaluate early builds using internal tools and player insights.

This role emphasizes rapid prototyping, playtesting, QA discipline, and ownership in a fast-moving studio.

Qualificações

• Experience designing hybrid-casual or casual puzzle games.
• Proven ability to turn concepts into playable prototypes.
• Strong playtesting discipline and bug identification.
• Ability to decompose game systems and progression.
• Portfolio of mobile game design work is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Game Concept & Mechanic Design: develop original hybrid-casual concepts and briefs.
• Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: turn ideas into playable prototypes quickly.
• Level Design, Progression & Game Feel: balance early progression and controls.
• Playtesting & Quality Assurance: test prototypes and communicate improvements.
• AI-Assisted Design Workflows: use AI tools to support ideation and docs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with art, engineering, product to move ideas to build.
