Mars Athletic Club is hiring an AI Engineer to join the Technology team at our Ortaköy, Istanbul headquarters. You will design and deploy LLM-powered products, build RAG pipelines, and develop AI agents for data exploration and automation.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Data Science or ML, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience with GCP tools like BigQuery, Vertex AI and Cloud Run. A growth mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
At least 4 years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering or related field.
Proven experience deploying LLM-based applications into production.
Hands-on with RAG, prompt engineering, chatbots and agentic workflows.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; data pipelines, feature engineering and monitoring.

Responsabilités

Design and develop LLM-powered products aligned with MAC’s needs.
Build RAG pipelines, conversational assistants and chatbot solutions.
Develop AI agents for data exploration, automation, modeling and reporting.
Own end-to-end deployment, serving and monitoring of ML models and LLM apps.
Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure and LLM costs.
Collaborate with Data Engineering on datamarts, feature stores and data assets.
Develop predictive models for personalization, churn prevention and campaign optimization.
Run A/B tests and offline/online evaluation for ML models and outputs.
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and stay updated on AI tech.
