Job summary

Redington Türkiye is seeking a creative, digitally savvy marketing professional who blends digital marketing expertise with AI-powered visual and video content creation. The role focuses on executing integrated marketing plans, updating digital assets, and driving demand generation.

You will own brand visuals, social media campaigns, email campaigns, and partner events, collaborating with PR and digital agencies. A strong design toolset and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant digital marketing or marketing communications experience; B2B and technology-sector experience are advantages.
• Proficiency with Canva and hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or comparable solutions.
• Ability to independently produce high-quality branded visuals and AI-assisted video content; experience with Runway, CapCut or similar video generation/editing tools.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Figma or similar professional design tools is a strong plus.
• Experience managing corporate LinkedIn accounts, websites, email campaigns and digital content calendars.
• Understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, brand guidelines and consistent corporate tone of voice.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools; experience with Zoho One is an advantage.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership and ability to handle multiple deadlines and operational tasks.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing & Communications team in developing and executing integrated marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business priorities.
• Manage and update digital assets, including the website, blog, marketplace, LinkedIn and other social media channels; monitor and report performance regularly.
• Independently create brand-aligned social media visuals, event invitations, presentations, digital banners and other marketing materials using design and generative AI tools.
• Produce and edit short-form videos, event teasers, promotional clips, motion graphics and other multimedia content using AI-powered video generation and editing tools.
• Coordinate with PR, creative and digital agencies to strengthen media visibility and ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Coordinate vendor-funded marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, video production and digital campaigns, to increase awareness and support demand generation.
• Own day-to-day marketing operations, including MDF claim submissions, proof-of-execution documentation, invoice and budget tracking, marketing inventory and promotional material management.
• Coordinate photography, video shoots and other content production for events and campaigns.
• Plan and execute partner and vendor email campaigns using Zoho One or comparable marketing automation platforms.
• Support partner events, sponsorships and corporate marketing activities, including on-site coordination and post-event follow-up.
• Track deliverables, timelines and campaign results; proactively identify process improvements.
