Midas Games is seeking a highly analytical, curious Product & Growth Analyst to understand product and business dynamics and drive data-driven decisions. You will explore millions of user behaviors, connect signals across product and growth, and translate findings into actionable strategies.

In this role you will use AI tools to speed up analysis, build predictive models, and automate recurring analyses, while collaborating with Product and Growth teams to continuously improve activation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong product and business sense with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Curious and hypothesis-driven — naturally asks “why?” and digs deeper.
• Ability to think holistically, connect signals, and identify patterns others may miss.
• Strong data literacy and understanding of funnels, cohorts, retention, monetization, and experimentation.
• Proactive and high-ownership mindset — doesn't wait to be told what to investigate.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discover product, growth, retention, and monetization opportunities.
• Identify behavioral patterns and problems before someone asks you to investigate them.
• Build and test hypotheses.
• Connect acquisition, gameplay, monetization, and retention data.
• Understand what drives activation, engagement, churn, monetization, and LTV.
• Design and evaluate experiments.
• Build behavioral, predictive, and cross-channel analytical models.
• Automate recurring analyses and business monitoring.
• Use AI extensively to increase the speed, depth, and breadth of analysis.
• Continuously bring new insights and discussion topics to Product and Growth teams.
