Job summary

Invent.ai is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of inventory and pricing solutions for enterprise clients. You will coordinate with product, engineering, and customer success teams and act as the main contact for client stakeholders.

The role requires strong project and people management, experience in multi-market delivery, and a focus on operational excellence in complex programs. Proficiency with Jira/Asana and SQL/Python is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project or program management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or consulting.
• Experience in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, or supply chain planning.
• Background in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong client-facing delivery across multiple markets; international experience a plus.

We are looking for a highly motivated Delivery Manager (or Associate Manager, depending on experience level) to join our Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing AI-powered solutions for our global retail clients. You will manage delivery processes end-to-end, working closely with internal product, engineering, and customer success teams, as well as client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a strong project and people manager who is comfortable in client-facing roles, has experience in inventory and demand planning, and is passionate about delivering operational excellence in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Requirements

• Experience in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, or supply chain planning is strongly preferred
• Background in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field
• Strong track record of client-facing delivery experience across multiple markets (international experience is a big plus)
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Experience managing and mentoring team members, providing feedback and coaching
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
• Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of retail supply chain dynamics
• Coding and analytics experience using SQL and at least one analytics-focused language such as Python is a plus
