Qualifications

• 3-4 years hands-on experience in AI-powered content creation, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
• Strong design background with an eye for aesthetics, composition, storytelling, and brand identity.
• Advanced proficiency with AI image/video generation tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway, Veo.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and translating briefs into visually compelling AI content.
• Knowledge of AI workflows, production pipelines, and automation processes.

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced "AI Content Creator" to join our creative team. With a strong design background and a passion for emerging technologies, this role will play a key part in integrating AI into our creative processes, producing outstanding visual content, and helping shape the future of our brands’ visual worlds.

The Person:

• At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in AI-powered content creation, generative AI, and prompt engineering,
• A strong design background, with an excellent eye for aesthetics, composition, visual storytelling, and brand identity,
• Advanced proficiency in AI image and video generation tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway, Veo, and similar platforms,
• Advanced expertise in prompt engineering, with the ability to translate creative briefs into visually compelling AI-generated content,
• Strong knowledge of AI workflows, production pipelines, and automation processes,
• Experienced in creating high-quality static visuals and AI-powered video content for brands and digital platforms,
• Able to adapt to different brands’ visual languages while maintaining consistency and creative quality,
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in optimizing AI workflows and overcoming technical or creative production challenges,
• Passionate about following the rapidly evolving world of AI technologies, tools, and creative trends,
• Able to identify new AI tools and technologies and effectively integrate them into agency workflows,

The Role:

• Creating high-quality, innovative static visuals and AI-powered videos for the brands in our portfolio,
• Translating creative briefs into compelling visual outputs using generative AI tools and advanced prompt engineering,
• Developing creative concepts and exploring new visual directions through AI,
• Building, managing, and optimizing AI workflows and production pipelines to increase the speed, efficiency, and quality of creative production,
• Establishing efficient processes for AI-assisted content creation and managing your own workflow accordingly,
• Collaborating closely with art directors, designers, social media teams, and other creative disciplines to bring ideas to life,
• Ensuring that AI-generated content meets each brand’s visual identity, creative standards, and communication objectives,
• Experimenting with new AI tools, models, techniques, and production methods to continuously improve creative output,
• Keeping up with the latest developments in generative AI, image and video technologies, and integrating relevant innovations into agency processes,
• Contributing to the agency’s broader transformation toward smarter, faster, and more innovative AI-powered creative production.
