Job summary

KinzaHR is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant bilingual in Hindi and Turkish to join our finance team in Turkey. You will manage day-to-day financial transactions, support general ledger operations, and assist in financial reporting while ensuring compliance with Turkish tax laws.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of corporate accounting experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and the ability to interact with internal teams, external auditors, banks, and tax authorities (GIB).

Qualifications

• Fluency in Turkish required for interaction with tax offices and portals.
• 3–5 years of corporate accounting experience; multinational exposure is a plus.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Turkish accounting and tax legislation, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with local enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
