The role requires strategic oversight, data-driven management, and the integration of innovative educational models and AI tools across the curriculum, while maintaining high quality and compliance with national requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree qualification and doctoral degree preferred.
• Minimum eight years of senior-level management experience in high-quality K–12 schools.
• Expertise in international education models and learning sciences.

Responsibilities

• Define the institution’s long-term educational vision, academic strategies, and global quality standards, and integrate innovative educational models into the institutional framework.
• Ensure horizontal and vertical alignment, coherence, continuity, and integration of academic programmes across all grade levels, from preschool through high school graduation.
• Design distinctive educational programmes that maximise students’ academic potential while supporting their twenty‑first‑century competencies and holistic development.
• Monitor and evaluate academic achievement metrics through data analytics and implement action plans aimed at continuously improving educational quality.
• Establish sustainable mentoring, professional development, and performance evaluation systems to strengthen the professional and pedagogical competencies of the teaching staff.
• Lead the ethical, safe, and pedagogically effective integration of educational technologies and artificial intelligence applications into academic processes.
• Successfully manage national and international accreditation processes, including CIS and IB, and develop strategic partnerships with global academic networks, universities, and technology organisations.
• Closely monitor the regulations of the Turkish Ministry of National Education and other official requirements, ensuring that all academic operations remain fully compliant with the applicable legal framework and the institution’s ethical principles.
