As the Deputy Spot Growth Lead at Binance, you will take charge of growing the spot trading market share, driving key business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Drive Business Growth: Lead the growth of Binance’s spot trading market share by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Strategy Planning: Develop strategic roadmaps for business growth, considering market trends and user needs, in partnership with key stakeholders.
• KPI Definition and Tracking: Analyze data to extract valuable insights, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously improve business performance.
• Optimize Operational Processes: Build and refine high-efficiency daily operations systems to support the rapid expansion of the spot trading business.
• Product and Tool Optimization: Spearhead product and tooling initiatives to achieve business objectives and enhance user experience.
• Cross-BU Alignment: Partner effectively with various business units (BUs) to ensure cohesive strategies and optimal results across the organization.

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in the financial or cryptocurrency industry, with a strong understanding of trading strategies, trade structuring, and cross-business unit collaboration.
• Proficient in engaging clients for sales pitches and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, overcoming challenges with minimal supervision, and providing guidance to junior team members.
• Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and leverage data to drive business solutions.
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication skills, and a highly driven mindset with a fast learning curve.
