About the role

As a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics, BK, APAC, you will monitor and analyze trends impacting business performance and provide insights to drive data-based decisions in marketing, sales, and overall business growth. Your work will support strategic growth by delivering data-driven insights, enhancing reporting automation, and collaborating with various teams to optimize business outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

Data Analytics

  • Use SQL and advanced analytics techniques for data mining and insights generation to support proactive calendar planning and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct PMIX (Product Mix) analysis, sales forecasting, and ticket and guest segmentation to drive business performance.
  • Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to franchisees and senior stakeholders, ensuring accessibility and alignment on performance metrics.
  • Develop performance forecasts based on historic trends and seasonality to aid leadership and franchisees in performance management and calendar planning.

Franchisee Communication:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key franchisee stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with franchisee marketing leaders to secure alignment and buy-in on identified opportunities.

Strategic Planning

  • Analyze competition and pricing data to evaluate business performance and inform long-term brand strategy.
  • Interpret broader brand and product research to identify short-term sales opportunities and long-term growth pillars.

Required skills

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor Degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, business analytics or consulting. Previous experience in Food and Beverage industry preferred but not required.
  • Ownership and Motivation: Demonstrates ownership, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint; capable of conducting complex data analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Structured Thinker: Ability to structure research questions, break down problems, build analytical models, and develop comprehensive recommendations.
  • Effective Communication and Influence: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and persuade at senior leadership levels.
  • Results-Driven: Able to thrive in a performance-focused environment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Self-driven and Innovative: Highly self-motivated and eager to explore new areas. Strong desire to drive results and continuously improve processes and strategies.
