Job summary
A technology firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate with a Nitec in Engineering for a role focusing on customer relationship management and pre-sale support. This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. The role also includes administrative duties and participation in marketing events. The ideal candidate will be proactive with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Develop long term customer relationship and maximize customer retention.
- Support on pre-sale, including solution proposal and budget control.
- Provide administrative support for documentation preparation.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions and marketing campaigns.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

- Support on pre-sale, not limited to solution proposal on technical requirement, design & budget control, timeline management, etc. based on projects;
- Administrative support on paper and documentation preparation and filing
- Participate in industrial related exhibitions, marketing campaigns/events;
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
- Min. Nitec in Engineering (any field), or equivalent;

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Pro-active, possess technical and Negotiation/social problem-solving skills with attention to details;
