- Troubleshoot and report system incidents and problems.
- Set up IT policies and operating procedures.
- Administer Windows Servers and plan system maintenance.

- Troubleshoot and report system incidents/problems and abnormalities.
- Set up IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure standardized system environments.
- Perform Staging / Development Test, UAT, Production & DR Environment
- Administer Windows Servers running File and Print, DNS/DHCP/WINS, Active directory and critical business services.
- Plan and perform system maintenance and OS and security patches.
- Perform system planning and change management tasks, and proactively monitor IT systems and recommend enhancements / upgrades when necessary.
- Monitor and tune system performance and collect performance data. Perform capacity planning and conduct appropriate actions to deal with capacity issues.
- Plan, install and configure hardware and system software changes. Familiar with backup, restore and disaster recovery.
- Involve in project management.
- Assist in any other duties as assigned from time to time, where applicable.
- Offsite standby.
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Relevant working experience in IT infrastructure operation
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Be customer and service oriented, positive working attitude.
- Mature, self-driven and effective team player.
- Good Knowledge of following products will be advantageous: -Microsoft Azure Stack,Microsoft Windows 2016- 2022
