Job summary

Hart Engineering (Private) Limited seeks a Systems Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of business systems across the organization. The role collaborates with management and stakeholders to understand business needs and drive digitalization initiatives.

You will gather requirements, analyze processes, support ERP and other systems, and develop documentation, reports, and training materials while ensuring data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in system implementation or analysis.
• Hands-on experience in Zoho systems.
• Familiarity with business process mapping and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements from various departments.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
• Support the implementation, testing, deployment, and enhancement of business applications.
• Monitor and maintain ERP and other business systems.
• Provide first-level support and coordinate with software vendors and external consultants.
• Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Conduct UAT and assist with system integration testing.
• Generate reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity and security, and support IT digitalization and continuous improvement projects.
